WRITE A REVIEW

Have used this sham of a company twice this month. Both parcels were picked up from myself as arranged but when delivered the first parcel was open and items missing. The second item was open and damaged and the laptop inside smashed.. Customer services are only contactable by email (don't reply) or on their live chat. Claims forms are impossible to submit all the info needed. I have given up. In summery two parcels sent and two parcels trashed . Way to go guys. Why do we have to give any stars at all to submit a review?
