“Check your Hotel First”

It is important that the hotels' descriptions of accommodation are matched by Travel Republic. We did not check first,and despite ringing and asking that the confusion was checked, we did not receive a reply before we travelled. It cost us money!
Again, the website was having difficulties on the night we booked, and I had to ring to confirm the booking.
On a positive note, Travel Republic's website is so easy to use and search for accommodation.
