“dirty shoes coverd in dust”

I went in to new look in pontiefact and was shocked at what i saw.I needed a pair of black shoes as i had left mine at home.I dont live in pontiefact i live in redcar.So anyway i picked up some shoes and they were covered in dust they were discusting.I asked to speck to the maneger.she was on the till I said that the shoes were disgustine and coverd in dust she said to me that it couldnt be helped.i need the shoes as i was going out so i had to buy them.will never go in their again as she was so rude about it.i love new look but i have never seen any think like that it was like a seconed hand shop.
