“Professional, quality product and service ”

Was put off Hilarys by a friend who said they were expensive and took a long time to fit the product - this could not be further from the truth or my experience. Paul the guy who dealt with me for sales and fitting was extremely customer focused. He was not pushy with any sales. He was great in listening to what I thought I wanted and then offered some other ideas and suggestions - and then overlayed the practical elements i.e. thinner blinds due to patio doors in the lounge! My husband was not there at the selection but he left me the book overnight so I could just show what I had chosen to my husband - superb customer service! Fitting was worked around my work schedule and although we have one small piece of facia to be replaced that is too short the rest is perfect! Really great service and great to have someone who appears to truly believe in their product and ensuring the product is perfect for his customer. Made me feel "individual". An overall really great experience!
