“our csl experience”

Before going to csl we researched all the furniture stores in our area and found csl had the most choice and better quality for our money. We entered the store thinking we were going to be pounced on by some overenthusiastic salesman. Instead we were left to browse comfortably until it became obvious we were looking for a certain type of sofa. When we were approached the salesman (Steve Lammond) was very courteous and friendly. He informed us of our options then left us to browse further, but giving us details of any sofa we seemed interested in. Once we'd made our choice he took us through the payment options and delivey times. He then took us to a member of staff to check details were correct and to pick up our maintenance kit. The girl was friendly and efficient. We had a very pleasant experince considering we spent a great deal of money. (to us it is anyway)
