initially quite happy when i upgraded to motorola defy on 24 month contract, was called and offered better contract within days.
however it has gone downhill from there.
i am now 18 months and 3 phones into my contract.
phone no 2 died and was sent for repair. i had to phone to check what was happening and had no phone for over 2 weeks.eventually got a replacement which lasted 10 days before it too died.
phoned to arrange another exchange which didn't happen as phone was out of stock.
finally got them to agree to change it for a different phone but told i would have to pay for it.
have now been waiting a week and several calls later still no phone.
it also turns out their call centre is in egypt and all dela have to be sent back to the uk to be approved....
now waitng because of dispatch problems from their warehouse but call came from a withheld number so again i could not call back.
this company has no concept of customer service and i would strongly advise against a contract with them.
