“Sixt Car Hire from Alicante Airport”

After reading some mixed reviews about car hire in general from car hire companies at Alicante airport, I decided to book with Sixt who seemed to have slightly better reviews than the other companies. I'm glad I did as I cannot fault the experience at all.

Firstly, due to the concerns I had and the fact I was travelling with my pregnant wife and young daughter, I emailed Gary Coughlan, the customer service manager at Sixt to raise my concerns and he reassured me that we were in safe hands.

Secondly, the representative at the airport was extremely helpful and polite, answering all my questions.

Thirdly, the vehicle I was given was exactly as ordered and was in first class condition and was completely reliable throughout our 2 week hire.

Lastly, the returning of the vehicle was extremely smooth and straight forward, exactly as per the instructions given to me initially.

I cannot recommend the company highly enough based on my experience and will certainly look to use them again in the future.
