“I have been on the Kellogg's Kickstart Special K Diet...”

Good Points
Flavors taste good and was full after eating it.

Bad Points
I wish it didn't get soggy so fast.

General Comments
I have been on the Kellogg's Kickstart Special K Diet for 2 1/2 weeks now. I am a slim person and workout regularly and I just had that extra few pounds I wanted to lost. From eating just 2 bowls a day, snaking on apples and carrots, and having a healthy dinner I have lost the weight I wanted to and then some. It is a major plus that Special K comes in more than one flavor and I love them all.
