Consider if you would like to have any relationship with a company that homogenises you down to the lowest common denominator of human, who bases its business decisions upon assumptions, not provable facts, tells lies, blatantly, and is happy to merrily take thousands of pounds in rental fees whilst so doing. If you complain, your complaint will, in my experience, be intercepted by the operative about whom you have complained and never reach head office. AVOID IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POLITELY. AVOID IF YOU WANT TO BE GIVEN TRUTHFUL INFORMATION. AVOID IF YOU WANT AN GOOD, NOT EVEN EXCELLENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT VALUES YOU AS A CUSTOMER, AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SPOKEN TO RUDELY, AGGRESSIVELY AND AVOID IF YOU WANT TO BE LISTENED TO. AVOID IF YOU HAVE ANY NORMAL CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS. All those of you who expect to receive basic level of intelligence in their approach to you should avoid at all costs, certainly in the South East and certainly at Haywards Heath.
