I don't want to loose much more energy on the subject "ASOS" but i can only confirm they have very poor customer service, they don't even read your e-mail to understand what the question is. No phone number you can call. Just very disappointing, and a customer is worth nothing.
Also they pretend to be cheap, but they really aren't - take a look i.e. at Diesel Products - in the official Diesel Store most items are much cheaper than on ASOS.com.
