“EXCELLENT OVERALL SERVICE ”

HAVE NOT USED THIS FIRM BEFORE, BUT TOOK A CHANCE WHEN ORDERING A NEW HEAD TORCH. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND THE PRODUCT WAS AS GOOD AS ITS REVIEWS - I AM THRILLED WITH IT. IF I HAD ONE NIGGLE I WOULD HAVE LIKED IT DESPATCHED AND DELIVERED QUICKER, AS WE HAVE BECOME USED TO SOME THINGS ARRIVING ALMOST OVERNIGHT THESE DAYS, BUT NO MATTER IN THIS CASE AS IT WASN'T URGENT. YES I WOULD CONSIDER USING AGAIN FOR SURE.
