“Over a month, and my port still isn't complete”

Non existent customer services.
I joined over a month ago and ported my number - to date giffgaff still haven't completed the port and some people (about 10%) cannot contact my number at all.
I raise issues on the website and their techteam do nothing. Over half the time I cannot even view the techteam and customer service responses as the site is horrily glitchy (it has taken me 6 days to access the last message they sent me).
Goodybags are not always available so you end up having to use your credit, at great expense.
Truly appalling.
