Star Tours: The overall tour was well designed, planned and executed apart from Mt.Titlis which was obviously unforeseen and uncertain.
1.If there would have been some spare time provided to us in Switzerland or Paris to hang around in their respective town centres, the overall experience would have been enhanced.
2.If there is any possibility of merging both- Dinseyland Park & Studios together which would enable one to explore both the attractions instead of one.
Although having said that, it's a minute factor as I can't neglect the fabulous time I had through this 9 days- it was worth every penny.

Star Tours representatives: Both Mr. Hoshang(Tour Manager) & Glyn(Coach Driver) were very kind and helpful to us throughout the trip. We were well informed and warned about the unsafe and illegal practices being performed in some places of Europe before even reaching to that specific destination. Also there was a brief and informative description about every specific attraction provided by Mr.Hoshang which definitely helped us gain some understanding about that attraction. From custom clearance procedure, best places to trade currency exchange, buy souvenirs or places where you can buy swiss watches, chocolates & even ice-cream, we were precisely updated with all the information before their respective point of arrivals.

Mr.Hoshang: He is full of life, has an altogether different aura, always approachable, friendly and welcoming in his attitude to deal with any sort of queries from me or my fellow travellers.

Glyn: The best quality about Glyn was that he got along with almost everyone and came across as very joyful and humble person. We still miss your "one-liners" and the best out of the lot was 'The Happy bday song' which you saved it as your last trump card in the tour.

Well, I wish all the success to both of them and hope they continue to enhance the trip by their presence in the coach.
