I live far far away from UK and so glad that ASOS gives no charge for worldwide shipping. What can I ask for more?
And the customer service is one of the best and the quickest I've ever known. Once my parcel took longer than promised. I asked them any tracking number but in my surprise, they replied me very quickly and said that they would send another parcel as replacement. And the next day, I was notified that my parcel had been despatched.
I didn't give 5 stars because sadly they don't provide rating for each item. I happened to choose wrong size in my latest order because it was a half smaller than how it should be. If ASOS provide item rating information, I think it wil be very helpful for customers to choose what's best for them.
