The queues at booking in were excessive and the staff slow and useless. The flight was 5 hours late, again the ground crew gave passengers no updates, and were rude and offhand when asked questions. The meal on the plane was disgusting and fit only for the bin. On arrival bridge didn't work and we had to be ferried by bus to terminal.
On the way back the plane was an hour late. cabin crew said it hadn't been late - our tickets had the wrong time on them. Cabin crew on return lazy and rude. They lost their paperwork so you had to prove you had paid for your meal before they would serve it. My tickets were stored away in the overhead locker so we didn't get the meals we had paid for. On landing cabin crew did not check seatbelts or that seats were all upright.
