“Website booking fine! Car allocated by budget was filthy”

The pajero that we got is fine in size. The car is old though and with a lot of problems. Handles falling off, extremely dirty, seats cracked. Even the car ceiling was dirty. We paid for a BMW x5 but got an old pajero. On the whole, we are very disappointed.
