“Good hotel, nice staff!”

I regularly come back Hanoi every year and I always choose Thaison Grand for my staying. It is really good hotel!
Mr Henry - the reception was friendly, informative and helpful. He gave us a city map with hotel card when we were going outside, helped us to get a taxi and giving some tips when traveling in the city by ourselves. that was great and very useful. Thanks to his advice, We were never cheated by taxi driver, we could buy souvenir with very good price.
The room was so nice, not over large but perfectly suitable for a weekend (1 night) break. It was comfortable with excellent facilities, lovely bathroom and generous sized shower. The room was spotlessly clean - how do you get your mirrors and surfaces absolutely smear free. The breakfast offered a wide choice and the quality was very good. Set us up well for our days out as t.he hotel is ideally situated for theatres and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend to friends and family.
