“Poor customer service”

I realise that a company like this probably can't check up on all the deals themselves and that there is an element of risk involved, but they could do something about their own customer service. They take days to reply to emails and then it's no help. I bought a couple of vouchers for Christmas presents, one was very late and the other was for a meal with a restaurant that then closed down. There was not even an apology from kgb. I had a problem with groupon when only half an order was delivered and they actually refunded all the money. It was as a groupon voucher but still it was something - and they apologised. I recently tried one of their offers again, and that was another case of the company going out of business before I could redeem my voucher. Kgb's response was to thank me for my feedback.
