truly poor and unreliable, I did on line top up my phone and it was failed and I presume I insert not correct information. Then I tried several times and used different cards also all of them were failed. Surprisingly, the day after that, Vecton took out the money of whole field transactions from my accounts (more than 70 Pounds). When I called then through the 111 costomer service, they did not give me clear answer on Does my money return to my bank account. I really do not understand when the on-line transaction failed Why this company took out money from my account and also they are not responsible for their system faulty! Since today I am not using this poor service and not reliable mobile phone company anymore.
