“Appalling Customer Communication”

I was with Nochex for about a year. No problems at all. I was really happy with the service until.... Suddenly last week for no apparent reason, I logged on to the Nochex site only to find that my login details were no longer supported. After contacting them, they informed me via email that Nochex has just had a policy of no longer supporting my type of website. No warning, no reason why they've targeted me, no way for me to access the funds in my account. All just closed down suddenly.

Whilst I understand they have the right to cease doing business with me, what a way to do it! They should have given me some notice, some dignity, and allowed me to withdraw the money in my merchant account and download a transaction history.

This has left me angry and humiliated AND a week later no sign of my money. Don't touch them with a bargepole!
