WRITE A REVIEW

“Shocking customer service”

I ordered a bed for my daughter some weeks ago from this website. After 2 weeks of calling, leaving messages and getting no response, they eventually left a message to confirm a delivery date. Granted, the bed arrived on the day they said it would, however upon trying to assemble the bed, my husband and I found that two pieces were too long and consequently the bed is now sitting upstairs in pieces. Furthermore, on closer inspection of the packaging (stupidly we only noticed this after we had opened it) it appears that the bed has been opened previously and re-packaged, presumably as some poor soul was also sent this bed and thankfully managed to return it once realising it was faulty. I have been trying to contact the company but as usual, no luck as of yet. I will NOT be using this company in future and would discourage other from doing so also! A distinct lack of communication and inability to deliver useable products.
