I used to get laughed at when I told people I had a habit. Not for cigarettes, alcohol or gambling but for spending, and in particular, spending money that I didn't own. It seemed so easy to get a loan here, a credit card there and have instant money to spend on what I wanted but very soon it built up, to a level where I could no longer handle the debt. Re-payments went up, the cost of living went up and emergencies, things that required my urgent attention like the car just kept on coming. I felt trapped, even suicidal at times. CCCS helped me to get my debt, spending and life back in order. I can afford to buy Christmas presents for my family this year and no longer feel like a failure. I cannot thank them enough. Times are still hard but I no longer feel trapped by my debtors, in fact, I never hear from them. Thank you CCCS.
