No understanding here of 'the customer is always right'! I purchased a toilet seat for my pristine white bathroom. From the photograph the seat appeared to represent white marble or stone effect. When the seat arrived, it was an ugly blue grey colour. I returned the seat in good faith as it was not as represented. I was refunded only the cost of the seat £20.90 not the postage which totalled £13.90. When I phoned and requested return of my postage as stated in their returns policy, I was refused on the basis that the seat was represented as grey. The girl I spoke to could not grasp the fact that I as the customer, understood the product to be represented as white. After some discussion I was offered the return of only half my postage. They would not accept that I ordered the product in good faith as white. The staff member was stubbon, difficult, and non-understanding. I would not deal with this company again.
