“user friendly site”

i always do my research as to the best sites and come back to booking.com every time. when the others say 'free cancellation' they often charge a fee, and also debit your credit card straight away (which for free cancellation, is a ripoff). booking.com do not. they are also invariably better rates than the others, too.
