Shocking customer service in store! Staff are rude and unhelpful
I bought a product from the store which broke after a few weeks. I went back to the store with a simple complaint about the poor quality of the product only to be accused of breaking the product in front of other customers and staff members.
I then asked to speak to a manager who told me "Well, you pay for what you get!" and that she had no control over what Argos choose to sell or it's quality!
So the message from Argos is "we are happy to sell poor quality items so long as they are cheap!" - Nice Message!
