“very very disappointed”

purchased in july 2010, 11th off production line. Had ABI Brisbane x2 before and very satisfied, not so with kentmere. Fridge freezer doesn't work properly it never gets cold enough, Baumatic not interested in repairing. Integrated window blinds do not work they have been supposedly fixed by ABI 3 times and they then were supposed to get suppling company to replace - still waiting! The air vent in the kitchen has leaked and warped the table but because the caravan is now out of warranty ( 1 year for a £38,000 van) they refuse to do any thing even as a good will gesture. We asked for a price to replace the table from Diane in customer services but she never even rang back, nor did she send paperwork to our park regarding fridge freezer and windows which are still covered as we made original complaint whilst under warranty so I will have to ring them again. The out side lights have all corroded, the handles on the kitchen and in the shower rooms are all rusty, the carpets are comimg out of the grippers in the doorways, the sinks in the kitchen are going rusty. I am meticulous with the caravan as it was supposed to be our forever van so I know that neglect has not caused this. Diane said that this is to be expected as it is on the coast!!!! Where else would you put a caravan, surely the elements should be taken into consideration when designing! The caravan is not yet 2 years old and along with the loose internal wall panels looks older and well used when this is not the case. We will replace this van as we are not happy with quality but will NOT buy another ABI van
