“Worst brand ever and KEEP RECEIPTS FOR EVERYTHING FOR EVER”

m and s being a house hold brand I thought yes i will insure with them a little more expensive than the others but a brand name nether the less.
Worst decision ever I had an accident on the stairs dropped the laptop and video camera and they broke. After a phone call to start the ball rolling I was told id recieve another of a claims handler. After an hour on the phone i am told it seems unusual for both things to break and I need to provide reports and pictures. This i dont have a problem doing. However she then asks for proof of purchase, it goes down hill from here because i cant find the camera receipt or the laptop receipt. where i bought the laptop from they dont keep records and i cant remember where i got camera from. so i am stuffed as are m and s pockets!!!!! Kepp all your receipts even if the thing are out of warranty
