Honestly, I have been pretty sceptical about completing a Child Psychology course from home, especially with a toddler in my hands. I was new to the idea and considered homey atmosphere would be indeed relaxing, but also well- distracting. Yet however, such undertaking also suggested studying at my own pace, the fact that I would not have to deal with local traffick or arrange for a sitter. So here I was giving it a try. What is more, I knew I could always ask for extention if I happened to come short of the twelve months' period. Luckily, I did not have to, even completed the course a month in advance.
When the study material arrived(a very comprehensible course book)my journey began. Perhaps the only disadvantage was that the course involved quite of an additional research but, then again, what studies don't?In addition to the book I have been also provided with a unique student number which ensured my free access to the VLC.
The virtual student area is what actually helped me through to the very end of my course. I knew I had a personal tutor only a keyboard or a phonecall away, but there was just so much information in the forums, chats and class recordings that they simply answered all my questions and and reassured all my doubts. My tutor however also deserves to be mentioned here- she has been very supportive, very prompt with the marks and a professional in any sense of the word. I have been just so lucky to have been on her team.
Now I am really pleased with my achievement- the Child Psychology course has not been easy at all as presumed but I can fairly admit that the entire journey has been well worth every effort. Thank you HLC for simply being there! E11000391
