“Staircases”

The overall experience of dealing with Neville Johnson was very satisfactory and we are delighted with the result of the refurbishment of our staircase. It has enhanced the internal look of our property enormously.

The initial consultation was comprehensive and we were able to choose exactly what we required. When we queried the standard payment terms proposed the company was able to accommodate our requirements. The subsequent visit by the surveyor corrected a small anomaly in the intitial plans and the detailed layout provided was exactly what we wanted.

The work was carried out exactly on schedule with minimal domestic disruption and well within the 2 days forecast for the work. With the carpets re-laid our staircase is now stunning.

Neville Johnson may not be the cheapest company in the marketplace but they do deliver a quality product with which anybody would be delighted.
