“One of the worst airlines ever and very rude customer...”

One of the worst airlines ever and very rude customer service. To get to the customer service it will take 45 minutes. If you are traveling in economy you are screwed, you have no options to get your returns. If you plan to change your ticket you will be charged 95 GBP / ticket.



Also another stupidity is, you have to pay for changings your seats in the place you like, I'm not sure why do they charge for the tickets then.



After all this for this airline, if you look at the flight service it is one of the horrible and filthy looking flights ever like the other reviewers mentioned. Domestic flights are cleaner than this horrible airline.



At any cost this airline is one of the worst. Please Avoid.
