I bought a Samsung TV in August last year which has now gone faulty. I rang them to get it repaired and give them their due they sent an engineer within two days. However since the engineer stated I now have to have a replacement screen and he'd have to order it, he told me it would be a week. Three weeks later I called them to see what was going on for them to discover that they had forgotten to send someone out. They've got no idea what's going on and then they charge you 10p a minute for them to tell you that. Thanks very much Comet. If this is the way they treat all of their customers I'm surprised that anyone shops there at all.
