I am pleased with my bike overall. There was a slight chip to the paint work when it arrived and I believe this happened in transit. Ash cycles were quick to resolve this problem by sending me some touch up paint. Although the bike was delivered quickly it was a long time before I received my free gifts and I was disappointed that I needed to email and remind ashcycles a number of times that I had not yet received my whole order. Finally I thought the website checkout was confusing. It took 10% off on the website but when the paymnt was processed there was no 10% deduction but I was offered free gifts instead. There is a disclaimer on the website stating that the discount is for free gifts rather than money off however it caused confusion when it actually came up as a discount at the checkout.
