The price they quote you is not the price you get. They entice you with a good price and then they come back to you and say that the phone has scratches on the body and screen. Which is a complete nonsence. But first of all they say they have not received the phone. Why can they not be honest and just give you the price they are prepared to pay for the phone in the first place. The price they subsequently offer is competitive, but it is a matter of principle I would not let them have the phone when I could get the same price elsewhere without the hassle. Totally dishonest.
