“Top Notch Quality!”

Having originally ordered a print from YouFrame through their Groupon offer last year I decided to go back and order some more prints of my wedding renewal this year. I ordered 2 different sizes - the desktop size and also the largest available. Desktop arrived as expected but when I hadnt received any notification of the large print I called and spoke to a fantastic Customer Service representative, Gemma, who explained they had issues with their couriers, apologised and gave me her direct email address to contact her if the item didnt arrive within the next week. As good as her word, the item landed on the day promised and they both look fantastic!!!
I will not order from any other company, the items are fantastic quality at a great price. Whoever claims you get what you pay for has obviously never ordered from YouFrame!!!
Quality product, easy to put together...all in all great company!! Keep up the good work!!
