“disgraceful customer service”

on the 12th of april i ordered a wing mirror for a 2010 nissan micra the company said would be with me next day i left it till the 16th of april and still no mirror phoned up the company spoke to a gentleman called phil who informed me that the item had been lost in the post and another item had been dispatched for next day delivery the next day came and went and still no mirror phoned phil at the company again and he apologised saying that the main factory didnt have any coming in till the 9th may so i waited till the 11th of may and phoned them to see if one had been dispatched phil said he would look into it and call me back. he didnt ring i phoned again and spoke to a manager and she informed me that they have never had any of them mirror units in stock EVER!!!!

Very bad customer service and would not reccomend to any one
