“First class quality product and customer service”

My daughter wanted extensions for her birthday I reluctantly agreed ( not a fan of them) her friend recommended headkandy I was worried about ordering a shade from pictures on a computer. We emailed headkandy who immediately replied with advise and reassurance of easy exchange if necessary. We ordered and the extensions arrived in 3 days. Unfortunately my daughter decided the colour wasn't for her . I emailed headkandy who emailed easy to follow instructions to return , as we wanted an exchange we sent all the necessary info and I also asked whether they could possibly get them back to us for my daughters birthday - a big ask I thought as I posted the unwanted ones on the Tuesday and her birthday was Friday - they arrived Friday!! She was so thrilled and wore them for her party . I must admit they looked fantastic - I'm a hairdresser and have seen some terrible extensions but these are brilliant and with the enclosed instruction they looked so natural once in. What impressed me more though was the brilliant customer service it is one of the best companies I've dealt with and would highly recomend headkandy and their products
