“Lost my package ! DONT USE THIS COMPANY”

I was suppose to get a order from UKmail. The order was suppose to reach me on 15 May 2012. As per your website it indicates that the parcel was delivered to a neighbour and was signed by DANA at 03:15. There was no card left nothing mentioned on the website which shop or door no my package was left. I called UKMail and spoke to one of the representative they said that they will find out and give me a call –which they never did. I thought to go around my-self and find out, usually some time my orders will be left with Kebab Shop next door or with the Hair Dressers. I wandered along the whole lane from Door 1 to Door 9 each and every shop like a stupid and no one knew who DANA was and no one had my package. How can a courier deliver such an expensive package to someone in the first place. Common sense is that you leave a card asking to collect from local depot or provide option for re-delivery. I called UKmail again and the next representative told me that they spoke to the driver and he confirmed that the package was left on Door no. 7 a clothes shop. Now, the trouble is that I have never seen that shop open in past 6 months. Instead of delivering the items to shop next to my house why did he go and deliver it to a place which is 5 shops after my home? I went and ask the neighbouring shops to see if they have seen him open the shop or wanted to check if they know the owner of Shop 7 they told me that for the past 8 years the shop was never opened. This sounds something fishy to me, it was meant to be a gift and honestly your company screwed up. Either the you lost my package or the driver stole it. Because fact is the shop was never opened in 8 years
