“Christmas hamper ordered in Australia for UK”

Son /daughter in law in Australia order a hamper to be sent to us in UK in time for Christmas. Now mid May (2012) & no Hamper. In one of their emails they requested the order to be altered to wine but still no result or refund.
Dreadful service. Would suggest do not use.
