I was a little concerned having never used this type of service before and hearing some nightmares, but I will be heading back to IMI!

Not only was booking made easier by speaking to a real person - I was sceptical going on line - but when we were stuck in traffic calling a PERSON (very rare these days) and having a non stroppy reaction to effectively making them wait in the rain was unusual from most customer service I experience these days.

The turnaround was REALLY quick - they understood we were running late but went through all the processes quickly and to the point. On return our car was cleaned (we went GOLD) and it was fantastic! They were waiting on time and everything was amazing. Paperwork flawless and in terms of cost (if you deduct the valet) it was on a par with standard Gatwick parking but worth every penny - no lugging luggage onto cramped buses!

Thank you for starting and ending our trip so calmly and kindly!
