To call them a recruitment agency is an insult to recruitment. Never return my calls or e-mails, the staff lack customer care skills. I uploaded my CV on their website yet when I call them I get asked to send CV as their "system is not working at the moment"
When I called their customer services to lodge a complaint was told there was nobody there but to leave my phone and somebody would call back.
Just would like to know what do the managers or senior managers/directors do or do they really care or have any idea what is happening?
My impression is that they are all the same!
