i had i policy with tesco.it ended on the 1st nov 2011 and there requote was to much,i cancenelled it because i found a cheaper quote and they sent me my no claims out,7 month later i i received my bank statement and they had been taking money out every month,i contacted them and after a day of calls back and fore they said if i send prof of my new policy and when it started they would give me a full refund,i contacted them again today to see how my refund would be payed to be told they was charging me a cancellation fee and a cover fee,now it looks like another day waiting for them to eat maltesers and have a laugh with there mates,why i wait for a reply,
