been attending the gym from some time now and no issues noted. however when it came to cancelling the membership I had to write a full request and send it via email because they wouldn't cancel it at the desk - no problem, send an email and received confirmation back. To a surprise I have been charged a month later for another membership payment! I went to see a manager to ask what happened - he was not around and there was no one that could help - have been promised to be contacted in this matter. Haven't received any phone call or email so I went again after 2 days and spoke to someone again -and again have been prmised that the matter would be resolved and that someone would contact me back. It has been a week now and still haven't heard from them! I am not usually a complaining person but just feel that I have to share my opinion on the level of customer service and customer focus that has been presented by Energie @ Epsom!
