My dehumidifier arrived fairly quickly. When I opened the box, I discovered that one caster had been totally damaged. If I had to guess, it was most likely due to rough handing during transit. I contacted opentip.com. They sent a pair of new casters right away. No questions asked. Their customer service is exceptional. I'd say they have gone out of their way to help resolve an issue.

By the way, the price for that particular dehumidifier was pretty good too! I am a very satisfied customer all around.
