High interest rates --- very poor service from the call centre even store staff agree ! Asked them to stop the PPi and it took ages to do so the web manage your account page is DIRE and not at all user friendly especially if you need help with lost passwords ---- my account has just been blocked because of this and I need to phone them ---Joke --see above When I get my next statement I am OUT! Hard to know how they achieve such LOW standards -- [Sure theres a santander in there somewhere ]
