“Absolutely worthless not worth the paper it is on”

Had to make a claim due to what looked like the roof beams pushing through in my daughters bedroom....
Nice and easy or so i thought, it took three of there structural engineers all with different verdicts on the cause to tell me that I was not insured.
Originally they put it down to storm damage and the weight of the snow causing the beams to deflect. then they put it down to accidental damage??? and finally down to my chimney causing the problems so that they did not have to pay out.. Avoid these at all costs I have since refused to use anything of TESCO..BEWARE
