WRITE A REVIEW

“Easy Car Hire”

I came across eRentals by accident but the booking was very easy to do. The only thing I didnt like was that I was advised to print out loads of T&C etc and "take these with you" well it wasnt needed and weighed alot . When I had booked it it then told me there was limited mileage which it didnt on the booking page . Fortunately mileage wasnt an issue on this trip but on my previous it would of been .
The staff at the call centre I felt were a little short with me when I called to query the mileage limit and that I hadnt received my voucher , but overall all was fine and I'll consider booking with them again if the price is right.
