I like H&M products, but my experience of ordering from them online (on 4 occasions) has been beyond dreadful. I will never use their online store again and advise you not to either. Their delivery charges are not cheap, yet it can take up to 2 weeks or more for order to arrive. My most recent order still didn't arrive 2 weeks after I placed it. I called them to be told - "wait a few more days, it'll come. It was shipped 2 weeks ago". I waited another week, then I got letter asking to contact them, or the order would be cancelled! Imagine my surprise when I was now told that the order was never shipped because of security breach - I've had two accounts registered to the same address. And it took them 3 weeks to let me know that this is an issue. By post! The product I've ordered was limited edition, obviously sold out by this point. What a joke! If this as the first time, I would be very annoyed, but every single one of my orders arrived in around 2 weeks time. I'm done with shopping at H&M until they realise that quick delivery is a must for any reputable online retailer.
