“Absolutely Brilliant Product and Excellent Customer...”

I recently downloaded the product from Software for Students and had a few issues when trying to get it on my new laptop. I didn't know how I could get my download of the program back as I had deleted the emails and then I had used all of my usage limit and was unsure how I could get more usages. The customer service that I received was fantastic. They got back to me very quickly and managed to get all the problems I was having sorted in 24 hours which is very rare! (Thanks Alan!) The product works brilliantly and I really couldn't fault anything about the service I received. The prices are fab for students needing the programs. I will be sure to recommend them in the future.
