“Reward policy is not at all good”

I have referred lots of friends, two friends already did transactions and they got rewards as well.

But i have not received any rewards yet. i have been following up with customer care... some times they reply saying that you will get the rewards by email in couple of days but never received ... :(

why they do not have physical gift card system...I am getting 100 of email everyday... email are bounds sometime it may goes to spam.... :(

Value for money was god in the starting but not good now..
Not at all happy..
