“WHERE DID THE GOOD MATTRESSES GO?”

SLEPT ON A NATURAL FORM MATTRESS AT THE HILTON GARDEN INN IN CHICAGO AND GOT THE BEST NIGHT'S SLEEP OF MY LIFE. TOOK ME MONTHS TO FIND THEM BECAUSE THE HOTEL CHAIN MISTAKENLY SAID THAT THEIR MATTRESSES WERE SELECT COMFORT. PURCHASED A GARDEN QUEEN SIZE AND GOT IT DELIVERED BY OLD DOMINION FREIGHT. OLD DOMINION IS NOT PERMITTED TO ENTER THE HOUSE, SO i GOT THE MATTRESS AND FOUNDATION DELIVERED TO MY FRONT YARD. GOT IT SET UP WITH THE HELP OF MY WIFE. ALSO HAD TO DISPOSED OF THE OLD MATTRRESS OURSELVES.

I NOTICED THAT THE MATTRESS THAT WAS DELIVERED WAS NOT AT ALL LIKE THE HOTEL MATTRESS. THE ONE WE GOT WAS QUITE FLACCID. THE CONTROL DID NOTHING. WE COMPLAINED AND NATURAL FORM SAID THAT WE COULD "RESET' THE INFLATION BY SITTING ON THE BOTTOM TWO AIR CHAMBERS. DIDN'T WORK. THE ONLY WAY THIS SLEEP COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE IS IF I WERE SLEEPING ON THE GROUND IN THE WOODS.

TRUE TO THERE WARRANTY, THEY GOT OLD DOMINION FREIGHT TO PICK IT UP. SAME AS THE DELIVERY RESTRICTION, THEY DON'T COME INSIDE. PLUS, OLD DOMINION BROKE TWO PICK-UP APPOINTMENTS. HAVE YET TO GET A REFUND, THOUGH.
